Mr. T. Tamilselvan
Founder & Managing Director
The founder of Super Quality Services.
Before starting SQS, he worked in the Non-Destructive Testing Lab (NDTL) Department, Kaveri engineering Limited, Tiruchi, Tamilnadu.
He received his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) from the prestigious technical institution, Government PolyTechnique College (GPT), Tiruchi, Tamilnadu, India.
As the company's Director - He is responsible for deploying the Company's strategic vision and developing business alliances as well as building the management team.
He is an expert in both Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and innovative vision and is intimately associated with the advancement in introducing sophisticated testing in NDT.
In addition to his responsibilities, now he is Secretary to the Indian Society for Non-Destructive Testing(ISNT), Tiruchi chapter, Tamil Nadu, India.
To recognise his more than 32 years of service in NDT, he was conferred with NANSO award.
Mr. K. Murugananthan
Director (International NDT Operations)
Graduate in MS (IT) from Bhrathidasan University,He has been qualified as IGR - I Level-II in RT and familiarized with all NDT Equipment & Systems. Internal Quality Auditor and Overall In-Charge of Operations.
K. Murugananthan actively takes part his level best to promote the success of the company for the benefit of its members.
His main role is to foster the company's business relationships with suppliers, customers and others. Major contribution are his desirability of the company maintaining a reputation for high standards of business conduct.
Mr. S.Pasupathy
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Management Representative(MR)
Holds Bachelor Degree in Physics, Radiation safety Officer (RSO), ASNT NDT Level III (MT), NDT Level II in PT, RT, UT and joined SQS in 1986.
In addition, he is life member in Indian Society for Non Destructive Testing (ISNT). With a wealth of NDT experience, his main role in SQS is promoting and developing advance techniques in Radiographic and Ultrasonic Testings, Product Testing, quality systems, commercial transactions, and effective impartial implementation of quality standards.
M.Laxmi Prabha
Head of Human Resource Management
Post Graduate in Business Administration, AMR,Internal Quality Auditor and over all incharge of HR.
M. Laxmi Prabha oversees and directs the daily operations of SQS sites and offices located at different places.
She administering human resources, project management, financials and policies by appointing supervisors and management staff in different departments to ensure successful daily operations.
Mr. S. Selvarajan
General Manager (Human Resource & Finance)
Post Graduate in Commerce and CAIIB, Retd. Chief Manager, Punjab National Bank, Overall Incharge of Finance & Additional Incharge of HR
S. Selvarajan involves in the development of plans for allocating resources; monitoring program execution; reviewing and analyzing funding documents; conducting comparative analyses to examine trends; reviewing budget policy and statutes to ensure compliance. Planning and conducting performance and financial reviews of major programs and entities to evaluate the reliability, effectiveness, and efficiency of the organization; making recommendations based on findings that identify cost savings through improved operations; and following up on recommendations to ensure implementation
Mr. V. Senthilkumar
Manger Services Coimbatore
B.Tech., in Mechanical Engineering, approved Radition Safety Officer (RSO) by BARC, Mumbai. Joined with SQS in 1994 and qualified in NDT Level-II in RT,UT.Now he is Incharge of SQS sites at Coimbatore,Tamil Nadu, India.
V.Senthilkumar, affiliated with NDT activities and has the ability to executing duties to his subordinates; support the specialist in every variety of routines scope of NDT technicians work; calibrate the NDT equipments; execute tests to guarantee the product quality by discovering discontinuities using relevent NDT methods and RT Filim Interpretation and evaluation.
Additionally, preparing the documents regarding with the final results of the inspections for the customers.
Mr. N. Krishnamurthy
Manager Services(site) Madurai
Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering, approved Radition Safety Officer (RSO) by BARC, Mumbai.
Joined with SQS in 1997 and qualified in NDT Level-II in MT, PT, RT, UT. Now Incharge of SQS sites at M/s. Aruna Alloy Steels Pvt. Ltd., Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India
